Data Deletion Instructions
Stacks Productions and Streamline Studios (stacksos.org) let you ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. There is no charge, and you do not need an account with us to make the request.
How to request deletion
Email stacksprod@gmail.com with the subject line DELETE MY DATA.
In the email, include whichever of these apply so we can find your records:
- The email address you used with us.
- The phone number you gave us, if any.
- Your Instagram handle, if you messaged us on Instagram.
- Your business name, if you applied for a vendor booth or a sponsorship.
We confirm every request by reply, and we complete deletion within 30 days. If we cannot match your details to any records, we tell you that instead of leaving you guessing.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and Instagram handle.
- Messages you sent us through Instagram or Facebook, and our replies.
- Vendor and sponsor applications, event registrations, and the answers you gave on those forms.
- Marketing list membership, so you stop receiving email and text from us.
- Course sign-ups and lesson progress.
What we may keep, and why
If you have paid us, we keep the transaction record itself because tax and accounting law requires it. That record is kept for the legally required period and is not used to contact you or for marketing. Payment card details are never held by us at all: card payments are processed by PayPal, and we never see or store card numbers.
Removing our access on Instagram or Facebook
You can also revoke our access directly from Meta at any time. On Instagram or Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Stacks Productions, and remove it. That stops any further data reaching us. To delete what we already hold, send the email above as well.
