Who we are
Streamline Studios (“we”, “us”) is a creative studio. This policy covers our website, our booking page, and our presence on social platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
- Messages you send to our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram direct messages), including your public profile name and username.
- Information you submit on our booking page: your name, phone number or email address, the type of call you request, and the time you select.
- Business records we create while working with you as a client.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your messages, schedule and conduct calls you request, provide our services, and keep internal business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our systems.
Where it lives
Data is stored in our internal business system, hosted on Supabase and AWS. Access is limited to Streamline Studios staff.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Email stacksprod@gmail.com from the address (or include the social handle) the data relates to, and we will remove your messages, booking details, and contact information from our systems within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
