Terms of Service
These terms cover everything bought through stacksos.org and the client storefronts it hosts. The platform is operated by Streamline Studios, a creative studio in Phoenix, Arizona. Event registrations, vendor spots and sponsorships offered through the same platform are sold by Stacks Productions, Phoenix, Arizona. By placing an order, applying for a spot, or starting a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page. Some older orders were processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number. Every price is shown in US dollars before you pay, and the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
2. Merch and storefront orders
- Items are made to order after your payment. Nothing is printed until you pay.
- Because items are produced for you, an order can only be cancelled before production starts. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
- If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on production and the carrier.
3. Event registrations, vendor applications and sponsorships
- A vendor or sponsor application places a hold on your card for the spot price. Your card is only charged if the application is approved. If it is denied, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
- A card hold can only be held for a limited time (currently 7 days). If a decision has not been made in that window, the hold is released and you may be sent a payment link instead.
- Bundles that cover several dates are charged in full on approval and cover the dates listed on the event page.
- Approved spots are not refundable if you do not attend. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be offered a refund or a credit toward another date.
- Vendors and sponsors must follow the rules on the event page and any instructions from event staff on the day.
4. Retainer plans and subscriptions
- Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current month is not refunded in part.
- Where a free trial is offered, your card is not charged during the trial and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Where an introductory discount is offered, it applies to the first month only, after which the standard price shown at checkout applies.
5. Profit split launches
Profit split launches are reviewed individually and, if approved, are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Streamline Studios. Nothing on this site creates a profit split agreement on its own.
6. Courses and digital content
Course lessons are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Once a lesson has been unlocked it is not refundable. Lessons are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Design work and ownership
Designs we create remain the property of Streamline Studios until they are paid for in full or as set out in your agreement with us. You are responsible for having the rights to any logos, names, images or other material you ask us to use.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or any storefront for anything unlawful, to submit false applications or payment details, or to interfere with the service. We may refuse or cancel orders and applications that break these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order, application or plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
