Who it suits
Businesses that sell to car owners and the people who come with them: detailing, ceramic coating, tint and wraps; performance, tuning, wheels, tires and car audio; car-culture apparel; local food and drink brands; and local services such as lenders and insurance agents.
Not open to a new sponsor right now, because the category is already held: Real estate agents.

Deadlines, the card hold and the guarantee
When do you need my logo and banner?
Send print-ready logos and any banner by the later of 10 days before the show or 3 days after approval. Placement is done by hand, so a benefit lost to late assets is not owed, refunded or credited; one lost because we mislaid assets you sent on time is still owed. We aim to confirm we have your files within 2 business days and to send one reminder, and a missed confirmation or reminder does not move your deadline. We may decline, crop, resize or convert an asset that does not fit or that the venue restricts, such as alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, firearms, adult or political content. Physical banners are at your risk and uncollected ones may be discarded; send files to streamlinestudiosaz@gmail.com or stacksprod@gmail.com.
Do you offer a guarantee or money back?
We guarantee delivery of the event services your booking lists, by their deadlines. If we miss one, you get your full fee for that show back, to the card you paid with; on a purchase that covers several shows it is that show's share. Sales, leads, attendance, profits and weather are not guaranteed, and a show that opens and is shortened for weather still counts as delivered. If we cancel a show, you choose a full refund of that show's fee or a credit. Vendors at their first eligible event whose gross sales come in under their booth fee get a Repeat Event Booth Credit: an equivalent booth at another of our regular shows with an open spot, within six months, if they checked in at the gate, staffed the booth for the full show hours and sent a sales summary within 7 days. It is a booth, never cash, one per vendor. Claims within 7 days after the show at stacksos.org/guarantee; we answer within 3 business days.
What is the hold on my card when I apply?
When you apply for a vendor spot or a sponsor tier we place an authorization hold on your card for the full price. A hold is not a charge: your issuer reserves the funds and no money moves to us. The amount is shown before you submit, and the box you tick says a hold is being placed now and charged only if your application is approved. Holds last about 7 days on cards processed by Stripe. If your card will not authorize, the application does not complete and no spot is held for you.
